Fortnums Cars Sucks

From week 1 I’ve had nothing but problems when dealing with fortnums
and the car that I purchased. The Fortnums finance man has to be the
biggest joker of their pack, using bullying tactics to get you to buy
their cover then becoming quite rude if you dare to mention that you
don’t want to take it out with them or would like to think about it.

After finally purchasing I found that the brakes were causing me some
concern so naturally I contacted them. When they finally answered the
phone fortnams refused to have anything to do with it and swiftly
ended the conversation. When I rang to confirm my RAC cover I was told
they have no recollection of my vehicle and after 4 months I was not
covered. I recently broke down and have been told the engine has
ceased more than likely due to the wrong oil being used during
fortnams free service during which I know for a fact I had personal
property stolen from my vehicle. This was totally dismissed and
denied. Yet again when ringing them I was told by Naz that its not
their concern and I would have to pay any costs involved for
purchasing an entire new engine. I have since had a trusted mechanic
look at my vehicle and have been told that not only does it have the
wrong oil in it, it has previously been involved in a crash and put
back together very badly….

The list of problems I’ve incurred with this place is endless but I
simply cannot afford to waste any more time on them.

I will never ever go back there. Please JUST STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
