Fortnums Cars Sucks

I got my car in 2010, told that it was well within my budget – I was
19 and on my own and they took full advantage – highly aggresive sales
technique which funnily enough stopped when I was signing the
paperwork and my father turned up. I got told I had 4 years free
servicing included in my package which I have come to collect and find
that the branch has been borded up with no cars to be seen anywhere!
Now my car being in desperate need of a service has to be done
privately loosing my full dealer service history. Also the car is not
within my price range I’ve had trouble paying the 240 quid a month for
a 1.2 polo 07 plate! High prices and what do you get for it?
Absolutely nothing! Now I’m left under the impression that after less
than a year of having my car half of the reasons I signed the deal for
have gone. My RAC cover – doesn’t exist. I had an accident in the car
as well which wasn’t major but the fix bill was 3 and a half grand,
had a mechanic look this over and told me there were even problems
before the accident that were now being claimed for on my insurance!
Lying, deceitful, deceptive, manipulative and untrustworthy. I will
be contacting my finance company telling them this as I have no
confidence in my car now I know the company who sold it to me were
crooks! If they don’t do anything I’ll be forced to sell and default
the outstanding balance! Thanks fortnums. For nothing. And a black
mark on my credit file for a long time.

Stay away from these people if you know what’s good for you!
