Fortnums Cars Sucks

I bought this honda civic diesel 2006 model last year which had done
112000. it didn’t have any road tax and MOT was running out in 4
months time. it was displayed at £9950 but they sold it to me for
£7750 with exchange of my old 1994 mercedes (as part of governments
exchange policy where they would offer you £2000 for your old car)…
they also sold me this insurance cover for technical and electrical
faults for £1500 but after i got home and read the policy in full it
stated that the cover is only valid if the car has full service
history. this car didn’t come with any service history.
i comaplined to them and the OFT but hasn’t helped! i got the car on
loan from a bank which i have already paid off!! i believe, firstly, i
was sold the car at a very high price and secondly they sold me the
insurance cover knowing it is invalid as the car didn’t have any
service history in the first place!! please HELP!!!
