Unhappy Customer
we got our car from fortnums stains, we got the car and two days later
it stop working, we didnt expect that after spending so much money on
the car…they took the car away,and kept it for a week and everytime
we rang to see what was wrong with the car and kept coming up with all
different excuses..we got the car back a week later, since we have had
it back the problem still seems to be there, we thought maybe its cos
we may not be use to the car, but i driven all sorts of different cars
and some how still dnt feel wright. we did try and ring them few times
and again they wash there hands from it…didnt want to help once they
had got the money…poor service, they told us we bought the car that
you would get free service for 5 years, well thats gone the drain…we
just got married not so long ago and we treated our self to start a
new life together. i really think that people have been ripped off,
and really sad that everyone work so hard for the money and people
like fortnums cars come along and take advantage of people!!!!!
