The experience proved incompetence, negligence and carelessness

I bought a car WV Passat in November 2010.Since day one I had few
problems including problem with engine. For two months I have been
driving in and out of Fortnums garage with the same problem with up to
today have not been solved. On top of that when I left my car with them
to my horror on collecting I found the front of my car smashed. To my
astonishment they made me believe that I drove the car in such
condition. The experience proved incompetence, negligence and
carelessness. Not to mention that the RAC warranty that I suppose to
have I do not have. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM FORTNUMS CAR
STAINES.
