why did they carry on selling cars?

where do we stand now with the free servcing? i was supposed to go
back to them cus they have suppsodly serviced my car to get my car
service book stamped and now find out they have closed donw or are
under refurbishment which i suspect is highly unlikely, why did they
carry on selling cars if they were going bust.
